1. Canary Arranged Shipping (Local Delivery – Within 100 Miles of Anaheim)

For customers located within a 100-mile radius of our Anaheim warehouse, Canary offers in-house truck delivery.

Eligibility & Pricing


  • FREE delivery on all orders $500 or more.

  • Orders below $500 may include a delivery fee based on distance and load size.

  • Delivery schedule is based on truck availability and route planning.

2. Shipping for Customers Beyond 100 Miles (Outside Local Radius)

If your delivery address is more than 100 miles from our Anaheim warehouse, the shipping method depends on the weight of your order.

A) Orders Over 70 lb

For shipments weighing more than 70 lb, customers must arrange their own freight shipping.

Once your order is prepared, we will:


  • Provide pallet dimensions

  • Provide total weight

  • Assist with coordination if needed

  • Hand off the shipment to your chosen carrier

B) Orders Under 70 lb

If the order weighs 70 lb or less, customers may ship using:


  • USPS

  • Or the courier of their choice

Standard USPS rates and delivery times apply.

3. Processing & Handling


  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the order is shipped or ready for pickup.
