Refund & Return Policy

Canary Trading

At Canary Trading, we aim to provide fast, reliable service and high-quality products to all our customers. To maintain a smooth experience, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1.1 Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the order.

1.2 Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photo/video evidence.

We will offer one of the following based on availability:


  • Replacement of the item

  • Store credit

  • Full refund

1.3 Not as Described

If the delivered item does not match the product description, you may request a return within 7 days.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Used consumables (inks, toners, cartridges)

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Products purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale”

  • Items opened from sealed packaging unless defective

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, you may choose:


  • Refund to original payment method (3–7 business days)

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • Replacement item (subject to availability)

4. Shipping Costs


  • If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong, defective, damaged item), Canary Trading will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference or ordering mistake, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

5. Incorrect Stock Availability

In rare cases where a product shows as “in stock” but is unavailable:


  • Our team will arrange to source the item from an alternative supplier whenever possible.

  • If sourcing is not possible or the customer prefers otherwise, a full refund will be issued immediately.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

7. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:


  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos (if damaged or defective)
